Return Policy
We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges or cancellations unless it’s the seller’s fault, i.e. wrong color, item or font after we have agreed on invoice or website listing. The buyer has three (3) total days from the time of delivery (including weekends) to bring up any issues.
ALL custom items will have a $10-$25 designer fee. BUYER DOES NOT GET THE FILES with the designer fee. If the buyer chooses to purchase the files additional fees will apply.
In the event there is something wrong with your product please contact us at therowdypinkbuffaloservice@gmail.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus shipping fees, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at therowdypinkbuffaloservice@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping Policy
Please allow 14-21 business day for processing your order. Business days DO NOT include weekends, holidays or other pre-notified dates when the shop will be closed. We strive to get your products shipped sooner whenever possible. The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated.
The Rowdy Pink Buffalo is not responsible for the shipment once it has been shipped. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
